Yes. All our Rudraksha and gemstones are 100% authentic, lab-tested, and come with a certificate of authenticity.

2. Are the products energized before shipping?

Yes. Every Rudraksha/Yantra/Gemstone is energized with Vedic rituals and blessed before dispatch.

3. Do you resend returned Rudraksha to other customers?

Never.
Shivatra strictly does not send reused or returned Rudraksha.
Every bead is fresh, unused, and personally energized for each new customer.

4. What if I want to return a Rudraksha?

You don’t have to send it back.
Just offer it to Ganga Maa or immerse it in any natural river/lake.
After that, inform us — we will process your refund.

5. Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Free COD is available on all orders.

6. How long does delivery take?

Usually 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

It’s considered a sign that the bead has protected you by absorbing negativity.
You may respectfully immerse it in water and replace it.
