All our spiritual products — including Rudraksha, gemstones, yantras, and bracelets — are authentic, certified, and energized before shipping.
We never send returned or previously worn Rudraksha to any customer.

Free Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all items.

If COD is not available in your area, we may request prepaid payment.

You do NOT need to send the Rudraksha back.

If unsatisfied, immerse it in Ganga Maa or any clean river/lake, or keep it in your temple.

After informing us, your refund will be processed within 2–5 working days.

Non-returnable items include custom-made products or items damaged due to misuse.
